A redesign of the website, onboarding, and agent dashboard.
The goal of the project was to create a better, more intuitive UI that drove a lower cost per lead (CPL) and converted at a higher rate. With a redesign of the system, we focused on increasing agent productivity through process and software automation.

Optimized flow for converting
As a contract product designer, my goal was to reduce the acquisition cost and lower the onboarding abandonment rate.

ACTIONS

I began by distilling the feedback and information they provided from internal user testing and heatmap tracking. I used the info to streamline the signup flow and dashboard. For example, I moved the need for user details to get the home estimate, but a user must enter the information to review the full report.


Result
Positive feedback was reported.
Early internal testing was positive, my contract ended before the full relaunch.
